Start dates are determined based on facility needs and credentialing requirements.

The facility has received few submissions so far. American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN for a 13-week night shift assignment requiring at least 1 year of critical care experience and ACLS certification.

Work in a 20-bed Critical Care/Coronary Care Unit (CCU)

2:1 patient ratio for CCU patients

Unit supported by unit secretary on days and nights, with occasional tech help

Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, 36 hours per week

Requires 3 weekend shifts every 4 weeks

Contract labor floats before core staff

Active RN license (TN or compact) required

Minimum 1 year of recent critical care experience required

Provide advanced critical care nursing to CCU patients including management of vasopressor drips and ventilated patients

Facility recognized as the highest level of care unit in Sumner County

Facility is a CT&I (Clinical Transformation & Innovation) alpha hub focused on leveraging technology to increase patient care time

Recently upgraded GE monitoring equipment

Flexible scheduling options available

Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility, no local candidates accepted
