Adoption Ambassador

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and results‑driven dental implant sales consultant - patient ambassador to guide patients through the life‑changing journey of dental implant treatment. This role blends consultative sales expertise with genuine patient care—helping individuals understand their treatment options, navigate financing, and feel confident every step of the way. Lead patients through a consultative decision‑making process for dental implant treatment

Financial Guidance

Develop customized payment solutions aligned with each patient’s financial needs

Help patients understand financing options and affordability pathways

Lead Generation and Relationship Building

Participate in proactive outreach efforts, including referral development, community engagement, and outbound calling

Partner closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient experience

Work with leadership to achieve patient care and performance goals

Perform other duties as assigned to support overall office and organizational success

Minimum 2 years of sales experience required, preferably in direct‑to‑consumer consultative sales

Dental or healthcare office experience strongly preferred

Experience using contact tracking or CRM systems

Bachelor’s degree preferred
