Operate manual weld machines and automated/motion-control robots to fabricate metal parts and frames.

Perform basic MIG and TIG welding techniques as needed, welding components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions according to WPS weld standards.

Inspect and measure machined workpieces using instruments like gauges to verify conformance with specifications, inspection sheets, and customer notes.

Maintain company quality, efficiency, and productivity standards.

Ensure strict compliance with all corporate, plant, and prescribed safety regulations.

At least one year of welding experience or equivalent education (welding certificate/degree preferred); must pass a practical welding test and know basic MIG and tack-welding techniques

High school diploma or GED

familiarity with machine adjustments and automated welding (FANUC certification is a plus)

Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, manuals, welding symbols, and use basic math

Strict adherence to plant safety regulations and corporate standards
