We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our integrations team. This role involves overseeing the development and productization of integration services, enhancing our suite of capabilities, and ensuring timely delivery against customer deadlines. Experience in customer-facing roles like solution architect or sales engineer is a plus. You may occasionally interact with customers to understand needs and resolve issues.

Drive the integrations team roadmap, balancing current customer commitments with future product enhancements.

Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to understand customer needs and deliver successful implementations.

Implement best practices such as automated testing, monitoring, and rate limiting to support scalable integration services.

5+ years of product management experience in integrations or related fields.

• A background in computer science or prior development experience.
• Familiarity with integrating ERPs, CRMs, DMS, and MDM platforms.
• Strong communication skills and hands-on experience with customer integrations or software implementations.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
