Vida for Autism is seeking a Spanish-speaking Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home ABA services in the San Fernando Valley.
This position combines hands-on clinical involvement, collaboration with behavior technicians, and opportunities to complete eligible responsibilities remotely.
5,000 retention bonus after completing 12 months of employment
Approximately 25% remote work, depending on client needs and scheduling

Six paid holidays
Health insurance is not currently offered.
You will guide individualized ABA services, support families, and work closely with BTs and RBTs to help clients make meaningful progress.
Review client data and adjust interventions based on progress.
Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and feedback to BTs and RBTs.
Provide parent and caregiver training, including telehealth sessions when appropriate.
40-hour workweek, with a target 30 billable hours per week, combining direct and eligible indirect services.
Availability to serve clients until 7:00 p.m. is required. Local travel is expected, generally within an approximately 10-20-mile service radius. Remote work depends on clinical needs; Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking families.
One to three years of BCBA experience preferred; Availability for evening services and the ability to travel between client homes.
