Employee Relations & Recruiter (HR)

Our client, is looking for a driven and relationship-focused Skilled Trades Recruiter to join their growing team. In this position, you’ll own the full recruitment cycle — from business development and client partnerships to sourcing, interviewing, and placing skilled trades professionals. You’ll work with leading manufacturing and industrial companies to fill high-demand roles including:
CNC Machinists

Build Client Partnerships
Develop new business relationships with manufacturing, industrial, and skilled trades companies
Present recruitment solutions and negotiate service agreements
Become a trusted hiring partner by building strong, long-term client relationships
Identify hiring trends and provide market insights to clients
Recruit Top Skilled Trades Talent
Utilize job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and community outreach
Attend trade school events, job fairs, and networking opportunities
Conduct mock interviews and career coaching for candidates
Own the Recruitment Process
Manage the full hiring lifecycle from intake to placement
Support employee relations and ensure a positive hiring experience
2+ years of full desk recruiting experience

• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Experience recruiting within manufacturing, industrial, construction, or skilled trades environments is highly preferred
