Production / Engineering Support

Production Engineer IAquestia USA is a leading provider of hydraulic control valves and fluid management solutions, serving diverse industries including Waterworks, Fueling, Fire Protection and Industrial markets. The Production Engineer I is responsible for providing outstanding solutions and support in the manufacturing process of control valves. In this position, you will be the technical go to person for the production and manufacturing teams, responsible for quickly solving issues and providing new ideas for better production methods.In all actions support Aquestia's quality policies, safety policies and core company values of Fairness, Honesty, and Integrity.Analyzing production team needs, providing guidance and problem resolution.Providing troubleshooting for product testing.Answering post-sale technical support questions.Qualifications:Education: bachelor's degree (four-year college or technical school) or Work Equivalent, Field of Study: Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related discipline.Experience: 1-5 years in Manufacturing or related position. Experience with Air Valves or Hydraulic Control Valves- advantage.Computer Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Visio & Office Products. Experience with SolidWorks – advantage.Detailed and effective at accurately documenting specifications.Ability to manage multiple projects at one time, balancing every day production needs with larger systemic upgrades.Building intercompany relations to better serve the production and manufacturing teams.Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when working on the manufacturing floor including, but not limited to, eye, ear, and foot protection.Company Benefits:Health, dental, & vision insurance.Flex Benefit Plan – health and dependent care.Company-paid life insurance.
