LPN/RN: Part Time or PRN Flexible Weekend Hours

We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our professional care team. WEEKLY PAY

Dental, Vision, Life & AD&D Coverage Options

Flexible Scheduling (Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN)

Monitor and document patient vitals, symptoms, and health status

Provide care for G-tube feeding, Foley catheters, and suprapubic catheters

Perform wound care per physician orders

Manage tracheostomy and ventilator care when applicable

Provide suctioning and respiratory support as needed

Maintain a safe and hygienic home environment in line with care protocols

Current LVN or RN license in the State of Texas (required)

At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience (preferred)

Home healthcare or Private Duty Nursing experience is a plus

Proficiency in tracheostomy care, ventilator management, G-tube feeding, and catheter care

Wound care experience (preferred but not required)

Ability to work independently and manage care plans with confidence

Willingness to work some evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
