Hourly Contract Recruiter

We are seeking a Contract Recruiter to support high-volume hiring efforts in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in both communication and data management.

This role will require hours between 8:00 AM EST and 5:00 PM EST.

Applicants should be able to commute on-site to Columbus, OH.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for hourly manufacturing roles

Source, screen, and schedule candidates efficiently and professionally

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts

Maintain accurate applicant tracking and hiring data

Utilize Excel to manage candidate pipelines and reporting

Ensure a high-quality candidate experience in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications

Bi-lingual fluency preferred (English and Spanish)

Proven experience in high-volume recruiting , preferably in a manufacturing setting

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Must have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams

Ability to work independently and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Schedule

20 to 30 hours per week

Flexible schedule with availability during standard business hours EST

This is a 1099 position. You will not be employed by the company.
