We are looking for a Program Manager who thrives in a customer-facing leadership role and enjoys balancing relationship management, technical program execution, and business strategy.

As a Program Manager, you will serve as the strategic partner and primary point of contact for assigned customer programs. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and sales teams to deliver exceptional program outcomes while supporting customer growth and long-term partnerships.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex challenges, building trusted customer relationships, and influencing business results.

Lead Customer Relationships

Act as the trusted advisor and primary contact for assigned customers

Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and expand partnerships

Own Program Performance

Monitor program performance, cost, and delivery metrics

Support pricing strategies, RFQs, and contract negotiations

Partner with customers and internal teams to manage demand forecasting

Lead New Product Introductions, engineering changes, and quality improvement initiatives

Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations and deadlines

Provide guidance to internal customer support teams

Partner with site leadership to drive alignment and execution

5+ years in a customer-facing manufacturing or OEM buyer role

Managing complex or multi-location programs

Margin and performance analysis

Customer relationship leadership

Program and project management

Financial and operational analysis

Ability to manage competing priorities

Work with cutting-edge technology and global customers

Travel Requirement
Ability to travel domestically and internationally, approximately 10% of the time.
