Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels within the Inventory Management System. Greets and engages customers consistent with our Core Value of “Jump Over the Counter Service Excellence”.

Performs stock counts in the Inventory Management System daily to ensure accuracy of product balances on hand.

Maintains accurate inventory levels through proper ordering and receiving of product.

Ensures all pending inventory transactions are reviewed and completed daily.

Communicates with store director on inventory levels; Complies with all Company policies and procedures.

Provides friendly and customer service-oriented attitude by greeting customers, answering questions, and responding to customer complaints.

Takes precautionary safety measures when using equipment and work tools.

Assists with all other assigned duties, including period and bi-annual inventory service counts.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.

Must be attentive to potential hazards and remedy or place appropriate warning signs or devices around or near the hazard as soon as is reasonably possible.

Must report any potential hazards that cannot be immediately remedied to a supervisor.

Partners must be 21 years of age or older to drive for Company business in accordance with the BGC Business Driver Policy.

High school Diploma or GED and one or more years of related experience preferred.
