As a Dietary Staff, you will a ssist in all dietary functions as directed/instructed and in accordance with established dietary policies and procedures. Collaborate with the facility dietitian and implement recommended changes.

Maintain effective communication with interdepartmental staff to ensure quality food service.

Prepare and serve meals on time, following portion control and dietary guidelines; assist with special meals and snacks.

wash and store utensils and equipment properly.

Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary food storage, prep, and service areas; Monitor food inventory, assist with deliveries, substitutions, and report issues or recommend improvements to the Dietary Manager.

High school diploma or equivalent required; able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Able to follow oral and written instructions and maintain cleanliness, safety, and order in food service areas.

Demonstrates patience, tact, and a positive attitude when interacting with residents and others.
