Long-term care
Shift: 12-hour days with rotating day, evening, and night coverage as needed
Schedule Notes: Weekends, holidays, on-call, callback, and charge responsibilities may be required based on unit needs
Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,080 - $1,130
Active New York LPN license required
At least 2 years of long-term care experience required
Experience providing care to geriatric residents preferred
Wound care experience preferred
Provide direct patient care to older adults in a long-term care setting
Administer medications and monitor resident responses
Support and oversee CNA colleagues in daily care delivery
Deliver care with dignity, respect, and professionalism
Use sound judgment to respond to resident needs and changing conditions
Collaborate with the care team to maintain a safe, supportive environment
