Corporate Recruiter

The Corporate Recruiter supports organizational growth by delivering fullcycle recruiting solutions and partnering closely with HR and business leaders to attract and hire top talent across key functions.

Manage fullcycle recruiting for assigned roles within Services and other critical functions.

Partner with HR and business leaders to align hiring efforts with organizational goals.

Build and enhance Talent Acquisition capabilities through effective processes, technology, and relationships.

Recruit successfully across functions such as Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales.

Continuously improve recruiting practices using a consultative, customerfocused approach.

Contribute to a collaborative TA and HR team through knowledge sharing and teamwork.

Experience in highvolume recruiting preferred.

Ability to analyze data and present insights to support recruiting decisions.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited fouryear college or university required.

Minimum of three (3) years of fullcycle recruiting experience;
