Job Description Overview Position: Dental Hygienist
Compensation: $50-$54/hour plus production incentives
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

Provide high-quality, compassionate care to all patients
Conduct scaling and prophylaxis, take x-rays, apply sealants and fluoride, and perform related tasks under the supervision of a general dentist
Deliver same-day care whenever feasible to enhance customer satisfaction
Educate patients and their families on proper oral hygiene practices
Evaluate dental conditions and needs, reviewing patients' medical histories
Assist with dental and periodontal charting as required
Adhere to all regulatory requirements and organizational standards
Valid state Dental Hygienist license
