Client Services Rep - 3rd Shift

Excel Fitness, a Planet Fitness franchise group based in Austin, TX, operates over 80 clubs across six states - including Austin, Dallas, Raleigh, Tulsa, and Northwest Arkansas - since 2016.

Our growth has allowed senior managers to advance from front‑desk positions to base salaries starting at $42,000 for a General Manager, $60,000 for a Regional Manager (responsible for 5-10 locations), and over $100,000 for a Regional Director overseeing 10+ locations.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Provide an exceptional customer service experience.

Check members into the system.

Lead prospective members on tours and assist them with new account sign‑up.

Facilitate updates to member accounts.

Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.

Perform detailed cleaning throughout all areas of the facility.

Qualifications / Requirements

Exceptional customer service skills and ability to interact positively and professionally with members and coworkers.

Positive mental attitude and enthusiasm for engaging with people.

Background in customer service is preferred.

Reliability and punctuality are essential.

Diplomatic communication and appropriate behavior at all times.

High school diploma or GED required.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Physical Demands

Continual standing and walking during shift.

Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.

Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.

Occasional exposure to commercial cleaning products.

Strict adherence to safety, cleaning protocols, and mask mandates while in‑club.

Promotion of touch‑less check‑in and safe distance between members.

Paid leave for full‑time employees.
