As a Clinical Dietitian, you will provide expert nutrition care, developing and implementing individualized plans to improve patient health outcomes. Every day you will clearly communicate nutritional data across all systems and participate in health team meetings as the resident nutrition expert. To be successful in this role, you will integrate robust clinical expertise with empathetic, evidence-based care, consistently adhering to professional standards and fostering effective communication with patients and healthcare teams.

Intervention & Care Planning: Develop and implement evidence-based nutrition care plansincluding specific feeding routes and prescriptionsthat align with medical conditions and physician orders

Monitoring & Evaluation: Operational Excellence: Partner with Food and Nutrition Services to ensure menu compliance, diet order accuracy, and high-quality customer service through audits and trayline reviews

Education & Mentorship: Lead training sessions for clinical staff on Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT), mentor interns and junior dietitians, and provide expert-level care for high-acuity populations

Two (2) years acute hospital experience working with patients in more complex levels of care to specialized populations (e.g. pediatric,bariatric, ICU, etc.)

Bachelor's Degree with completion of accredited dietitian program (ACEND - Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition Dietetics.)

Valid registration as a Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR). Valid dietitian licensure if required by state. Licensure must be obtained within 6 weeks of hire or as required by local regulation
