Food Runner Pool Bar

The primary responsibility of the Pool Food Runner is to ensure complete customer satisfaction by delivering food correctly to our pool guest. All duties are to be performed in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.
Deliver food orders to customers quickly and accurately.
Uphold sanitation and food safety principles.
Bus tables and chairs by removing dirty dishes and trash.
Check in with customers to ensure their experience is satisfactory.
Relay reports of customer satisfaction to the management and relevant parties
Ensure patrons have all the appropriate tableware they need to properly enjoy their food.
Handle various impromptu requests from customers.
Respond to and resolve guest complaints.
Answer guest questions and possess knowledge about property events and attractions.
Work closely with bar staff, servers and kitchen staff to coordinate the delivery of food and beverage orders to the appropriate location.
Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation.
Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
High school diploma or equivalent.
One-year previous high-volume food and beverage experience
Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
Must be able to work any day of the week and scheduled shift.
Work requires schedule flexibility which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
Minimum of one-year customer service experience in a previous position, where the primary job duty is direct customer service.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

~ Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.

Work outdoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to, varying conditions of temperature, heat, water, wind, extensive sun exposure, chemicals, including chlorine and other pool chemicals, noise, dust, and cigarette smoke.
