Contract | Full-Time | Nights | 5×8-hour shifts | Expected 40 hours/week | 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM, Monday–Thursday with Holiday On-Call
Key Responsibilities
Provide post-anesthesia nursing care to patients recovering from surgical or procedural sedation
Monitor and assess patient vital signs, airway status, and level of consciousness during recovery
Administer medications and interventions as ordered to manage pain, nausea, and hemodynamic stability
Communicate patient status and hand-off reports to receiving care teams
Participate in holiday on-call rotation as required
Required Qualifications
Active Compact or Georgia RN license required at time of submission
Minimum 18 months of PACU nursing experience
Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
At least one professional reference available upon request
Experience in a high-volume or acute care PACU setting
