ProTech IT Solutions, a New Charter Technologies Company, is a fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP). This role is ON SITE and supports clients both remotely and on-site, primarily out of our Minnesota location. We’re looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and technically adept professional who thrives in a team setting and is passionate about delivering exceptional IT support and solutions.**Key Responsibilities*** Deliver remote and on-site technical support to clients with professionalism and urgency.* Proactively monitor and maintain client systems to prevent downtime and improve performance.* Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs and deliver tailored solutions.* Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server environments and Windows 10 workstations.* Administer Office 365 environments including user management and email configurations.* Configure and support network protocols such as TCP/IP and ensure secure connectivity.* ConnectWise) for system monitoring and management.* Assist in cloud infrastructure support including Azure and AWS environments.* Document technical procedures and client interactions in ticketing systems.* Required Qualifications*** Minimum 4 years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server.* In-depth knowledge of networking and system administration.* Reliable commute to White Plains, NY or willingness to relocate.**Preferred Qualifications*** Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.* Cloud experience with platforms like Azure or AWS.* College degree in IT or related field and relevant certifications.**Benefits*** Health Insurance* RTO (Responsible Time Off)* 401(k) Matching**Schedule*** 8-hour shift: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM**Location:** Onsite **-** Minnetonka, Minnesota **Job Type:** Full-Time **Salary:** $80,000 annually
