NEXT Dentistry in Salinas, CA, is seeking an experienced and extraordinary Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing general dental practice. At NEXT Dentistry, our practice is built on a foundation of extraordinary care and service. We are a forward-thinking office that is committed to incorporating new technology, including BOLA AI, the Wand injection system, and digital scanning, to enhance the patient experience and clinical outcomes. 70~$75 per hour
Part-time
Active and current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of California.
Valid Dental X-ray License or Radiology Certification.
Current Healthcare Provider CPR License or Certification.
Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing, in a high-quality clinical setting.
Conduct thorough patient screenings, assessments, and take accurate dental radiographs (X-rays).
Educate patients on optimal oral hygiene techniques, proper nutrition, and preventative care measures.
Maintain meticulous patient records and document all procedures, findings, and treatment plans accurately.
Utilize and actively engage with new technologies, such as BOLA AI for analysis, the Wand injection system, and digital scanning for all patients.
Increase professional knowledge and clinical skills through self-study and by attending relevant courses and seminars.
