Front Desk Receptionist (Entry-level)

• ``Duties:```- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual- Provide general administrative support, such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records- Manage calendars and schedule appointments or meetings- Process orders and maintain inventory of office supplies- Ensure the reception area is clean and tidy at all times
• ``Qualifications:```- High school diploma or equivalent- Proficient in using Google Suite and other office software- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Good communication skills, both written and verbal- Previous experience in customer service or a medical office is a plus- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
