Position Summary: The Cycle Count Specialist is part of the Distribution Center team. This role contributes to the success of the company by completing all inventory logistics cycle counts and other inventory processes. Updates perpetual inventory to reflect accurate movement of inventory within the DC (transfers)

Unloads containers, verify quantity and items according to the packing list, and receives into SAP B1

Follows forklift safety guidelines daily and ensures equipment is properly charged for the next day's activities

Completes daily forklift checklist and submits it to the Inventory Logistics Team Leader

Reports any equipment issues or safety concerns to the Inventory Logistics Team leader promptly

Records personal daily punches and approves accurate bi-weekly time and attendance records

Education, Experience, and Computer Skills:

High School diploma or equivalent

Forklift certification is highly preferred

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a warehouse setting

Experience with Warehouse Management System, SAP B1, and handheld devices

Familiar in Microsoft Applications preferred

Analytical, creative, practical problem-solving skills

Customer service and interpersonal skills

Communicate with excellence and clarity both verbally and in writing

Project management skills and strong attention to detail
