Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Care - Nights

Seeking an experienced CVICU Registered Nurse to provide specialized care for adult and geriatric cardiac patients. The role involves direct post-operative care for cardiac surgery patients, including management of complex equipment and hemodynamic monitoring.

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients receiving open-heart surgery, ECMO, Impella, and balloon pump support.
Monitor and operate advanced equipment such as swantemp pacers, chest tubes, impella devices, IABP, and Prismaflex systems.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to receive patients directly from the OR and ensure seamless post-operative recovery.
Administer medications and titrate gtts according to physician orders while maintaining safety protocols.
Document patient progress, interventions, and responses accurately in the electronic health record.
Float within the hospital as needed to support staffing requirements.

Active RN license with minimum 1 year of recent CVICU experience, including open-heart surgery cases.
Experienced with open-heart procedures and specialized equipment.
Demonstrated ability to work night shifts (19:0007:00) on a 3x12 schedule.
Candidates must meet travel compliance policies, including verification of license and references.
