Provide care to patients in the medical / surgical / telemetry unit.

Monitor patients' vital signs and telemetry readings.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post-discharge care.

Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.

Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
