Currently hiring for the following shifts:

• Sunday through Thursday 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Friday & Saturday 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Our servers are the heart of the guest experience and grow their craft over time. Know the product Master our doughnuts, coffee, ingredients, and tasting notes so you can speak to every item with confidence.

• Guide & recommend Ask good questions, make thoughtful suggestions, and help guests discover something they'll love.
• Make it personal Remember regulars, their names, and their favorites - make every guest feel welcomed, remembered, and important.
• Serve with care Take orders accurately, handle the counter and register, and deliver fast, friendly, professional service through every rush.
• Cleanliness & safety Keep the front of house clean, stocked, and food-safe, following all health and sanitation standards.
• Teamwork Communicate clearly, support the line during the rush, and help the next shift start strong.

• Physical readiness Comfortable standing for full shifts and lifting/moving product and supplies.
• Standards Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices (or willingness to get certified).

Starting pay varies by location and follows the local market.

• Start strong Entry-level servers begin at minimum wage (by location) with full, hands-on training.
• Earn raises Learn additional skills and stations, and your hourly base pay increases.
• Grow into leadership Earn certifications across all front-of-house skills and learn roles like barista and baker to become eligible for leadership roles.

Compensation: $17.75 - $21.55 per hour
