Job Overview
Westerville Smiles is seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist available for either a part-time or full-time schedule. This vital role focuses on providing thorough dental cleanings, preventive care, and comprehensive patient education to promote optimal oral hygiene. You will be responsible for assessing oral health conditions, taking digital radiographs, and collaborating on personalized treatment plans. No prior professional experience is required, provided you hold a valid state license.
Responsibilities
Provide thorough dental cleanings and preventive care.
Assess oral health conditions and take digital radiographs.
Collaborate on personalized treatment plans.
Educate patients about oral hygiene practices.
Qualifications
Valid state dental hygienist license or equivalent certification.
CPR certification.
BLS certification.
X-ray/radiography certification.
Certification or experience in local anesthesia, nitrous oxide, expanded functions, advanced dental hygiene practitioner, infection control, and driver’s license.
Compensation
Pay: $48 - $55 per hour. Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
