Technical Recruitment Sourcer

Over three decades CTC has provided critical liquidity across derivatives exchanges worldwide, making markets fairer, more transparent, and more efficient.
CTC is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team, supporting hiring across our technology teams. Build and maintain proactive sourcing pipelines through direct outreach, networking, creative job postings, employee referrals, and market research.
Partner closely with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, search strategies, and interview plans.
Lead candidate debrief and calibration sessions, ensuring alignment among interviewers, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
Share market intelligence and collaborate on initiatives, investing in team growth to build a recruiting team the business trusts.
Partner with the HCM Practice Leader/HR Business Partner to provide exceptional service to internal clients.
Integrate AI tools throughout the recruiting process.
5+ years of recruiting experience with preference for quant hedge funds or prop trading firms.
Experience in both search firm and corporate recruiting environments.
Strong direct sourcing skills and a proven record of proactive outreach and pipeline development.
Team‑first mindset and commitment to collective success over personal recognition.
hybrid in‑office schedule Monday‑Thursday.
