Duties. . Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of serviceTake accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Clover POSProvide detailed menu description and upsell items to enhance guest experience and increase salesServe food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitationMonitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, address any concerns promptly, and ensure a positive dining experienceClear tables, bussing dishes swiftly to maintain cleanliness and readiness for incoming guestsHandle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties with basic math skillsUphold food safety standards by practicing proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene protocols at all timesAssist with opening or closing duties such as setting up stations or cleaning work areas in compliance with sanitation regulationsCollaborate with team members including hosts/hostesses and kitchen staff to deliver seamless service in a fast-paced environmentSkills. . Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably within fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale restaurantsStrong knowledge of POS systems including Clover POSExcellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor that fosters guest relationsAbility to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking between serving, bussing, and assisting guestsDemonstrated upselling abilities to promote menu items confidently and increase sales revenueCulinary or kitchen experience is a plus for understanding food preparation and presentation standardsFamiliarity with food safety regulations, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniquesExperience in hospitality roles such as serving or host/hostess positions that emphasize guest services and guest relationsJoin us to be part of a dynamic team where your enthusiasm makes every guest’s visit extraordinary!. .
