Job Summary: The Insurance Defense Attorney will represent insurance companies in defending claims brought against policyholders. The role involves handling a diverse caseload of insurance defense matters, including personal injury, property damage, and other insurance-related disputes. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills, a solid understanding of insurance law, and the ability to provide effective legal counsel to clients. Case Management: Manage a caseload of insurance defense cases from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.

Litigation: Prepare and argue motions, conduct depositions, and develop litigation strategies.

Maintain regular communication with clients, insurance adjusters, and other parties involved in the case to provide updates and discuss case strategy.

Legal Research: Conduct legal research to stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents. Collaboration: Work closely with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure cohesive and effective case management.

Compliance: Ensure all legal practices and procedures comply with state and federal laws, as well as ethical standards.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Licensure: Must be licensed to practice law in the state of [State].
