• Shop for various items as requested by the tour manager or other tour personnel.
• Pick up and deliver tour personnel and equipment as instructed by the tour manager or other tour personnel.
• Refill rental vehicles with gas.
• Settle receipts with tour prior to the end of the shift/show
• Pre-shop for catering or other needs as directed.

• Strong customer service is essential.
• Knowledge of the immediate Jacksonville area
• Previous work in back of house event support experience preferred.

Hours are event driven including some nights, weekends, and holidays.
