Assistant Director of Nursing - Risk Manager
As a faith-based organization, our mission is simple but powerful: to care for the caregiver so they can in turn care for our residents.
We are currently seeking a dedicated RN - Assistant Director of Nursing/Risk Manager
Manage and supervise nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
Develop or implement nursing policies and procedures
Ensure accurate medical records and documentation review
Coordinate with physicians to provide optimal patient care
Oversee shift management to maintain adequate staffing levels
Uphold resident rights and ensure ethical standards are met
Provide expertise in hospice care and acute care services
Manage daily infection control data, tracking and trending
Registered Nurse with at least 3-5 years nursing home experience
In-depth knowledge of medical records management
Proficiency in shift management and schedulingFamiliarity with supervising nursing staff and collaborating with physicians
Understanding of resident rights and ethical practices
Experience in hospice care and acute care settings
Health Insurance with Anthem Blue Cross or Cigna
Dental, Life, Vision, and Disability Insurance
