As a **Prosthodontist Dental Assistant**, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our oral surgeons and prosthodontists during life-changing dental implant procedures while growing your career in a positive, patient-centered environment. **Job Type:** Full-Time **Salary:** up to $25 per hour (based on experience and certification) **Why ClearChoice is the Best Choice for Your Career:*** Competitive hourly compensation based on your experience and certification* Full healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage* 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match* Paid time off and holidays for work-life balance - 4 weeks of PTO each year!* Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend shifts required* Ongoing training and education through ClearChoice University* Pathways to leadership and specialized training roles* Be part of a supportive, mission-driven culture focused on patient care* Enjoy a collaborative environment where your expertise truly matters **What You’ll Do:*** Provide chairside assistance to oral surgeons and prosthodontists during surgical and implant procedures* Anticipate clinician needs and maintain a clear, organized treatment area* Assist with administration and documentation of local anesthesia, nitrous sedation, and IV sedation procedures* Ensure patient comfort, monitor well-being, and educate them on pre- and post-operative care* Prepare, sterilize, and set up instruments and surgical trays, following strict infection control protocols* Take dental x-rays and prepare materials for impressions, as directed* Assist with medical clearances and patient record management* Support office operations by scheduling, greeting patients, and managing supplies when needed* Collaborate closely with the surgical and prosthetic teams to ensure seamless patient care **Skills and Experience We’re Looking For:*** Previous experience as a Prosthodontist or Oral Surgery Assistant a definite plus.* Valid certifications that meet applicable state requirements* Strong manual dexterity and ability to handle surgical instruments with precision* Self-starter mentality with excellent focus on patient safety and care* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment* Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care Up to $25 / hour - depending on experience and certifications
