AECOM is seeking an experienced Air Quality Engineer for immediate employment at our Chelmsford, MA office. Preparation of air permit application packages
Air regulatory review and compliance
Preparation of air emission inventories
Work closely with clients to develop strategies that will aid the client in maintaining compliance and operational flexibility while meeting client’s expectations related to scope, budget, schedule and quality
Must have strong communication and technical writing skills, and strong math and computer skills
Bachelor’s degree in environmental, civil or chemical engineering or similar field +4 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and / or education

• 4 years of air quality permitting and regulatory compliance experience
• Due to the nature of work, US citizenship required.

Experience interpreting and implementing State and Federal air quality regulations
~6+ years of air quality permitting and regulatory compliance experience
