Physical Therapist - Pelvic Health/Ortho split
Incentives: $7,500 Sign-on Bonus and $350/month Student Loan Repayment
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday (2 evenings until 6 pm)
Salaried, starting at $85,000 and up, commensurate with experience PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Program
We areseeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist with 3+ years of outpatient experience and prior Pelvic Floor experience , as this position will be split between treating Pelvic Health and Orthopedic patients. The center offers specialties including Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, CoreVia- Pelvic Health, Fall Prevention, an ACL Program, and OrthoVive.

Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
