HR Generalist/Employee Relations/Payroll

Are you an HR professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats and making a direct impact on an organization? Our client, a well-established manufacturing company in the southwest metro, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support a wide range of HR functions while taking the lead on internal recruiting efforts.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both talent acquisition and general HR responsibilities in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate coordination

Partner with staffing agencies, job boards, and recruiting resources

Attend career fairs and support employment branding initiatives

Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding activities

Prepare offer letters and maintain hiring documentation

Serve as backup support for bi-weekly payroll processing

Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures

Coordinate employment verifications and unemployment claims

Manage workers' compensation claims and related documentation

Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications 3-5+ years of Human Resources experience

Strong recruiting and interviewing experience

Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements

Experience supporting multiple HR functions including onboarding, benefits, employee relations, and payroll

Proficiency with Microsoft 365

Experience with HRIS and payroll platforms such as Paylocity or similar systems

Bachelor's degree preferred

Schedule Monday-Friday 7:30 AM-4:30 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
