We're looking for a Senior Strategist to match our department ambition and help lead the next chapter of growth for one of our largest and most important client relationships. This is an opportunity for a strategic leader who thrives on solving complex business challenges, shaping famous creative work, and building strong partnerships with clients and colleagues alike.

As Senior Strategist , you will help lead the development of brand, communications, and consumer strategies that influence business decisions and inspire exceptional creative work. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior clients, a mentor to strategists, and a collaborative partner to creative, account, media, analytics, and innovation teams.

This role, reports to the Head of Strategy, and will focus heavily on Samsung, helping shape the future of one of the world's most recognized brands across multiple audiences, channels, and experiences.

Define and champion brand, communications, and campaign strategies that connect business objectives to human insight.

Develop strategic frameworks, positioning recommendations, audience segmentation models, and messaging architectures that guide business and creative decisions.

Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders.

Facilitate discussions that help clients identify opportunities, navigate ambiguity, and make informed decisions.

Deliver compelling presentations that build confidence, inspire action, and strengthen agency partnerships.

Inspire Creative Excellence

Partner closely with creative leadership to unlock breakthrough ideas grounded in human insight.

Develop inspiring briefs that spark innovative and effective creative solutions.

Champion work that balances cultural relevance, business impact, and creative ambition.

Help teams connect emerging consumer behaviors, technology trends, and cultural shifts to meaningful creative opportunities.

Help elevate the quality of strategic thinking through strong work, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.

Help Drive Agency Growth

5+ years of experience in brand strategy, account planning, social strategy, or communications strategy within leading advertising, marketing, or consulting environments.

Demonstrated experience contributing or leading to strategic work for large-scale consumer brands.

Proficiency in consumer research, audience insights, cultural intelligence, and strategic planning.

Strong understanding of integrated marketing ecosystems, including brand, digital, social, retail, experiential, and commerce channels.

Ability to connect data, consumer behavior, and business objectives to actionable strategic recommendations.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology, Business, Journalism, Liberal Arts, or a related field preferred

This role is based in Plano, Texas, with a hybrid work schedule. Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Travel may be required based on client and business needs.
