Job Description
Title: RN - Progressive Care
Schedule:

• Shift: Nights, 3x12s - 7:00 PM-7:30 AM
• Weekend requirement: Some weekends (Every Other Week)

• Minimum 2 years RN experience required
• Previous PCU/stepdown or progressive care experience
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• Charting system: EPIC experience required

• Provide nursing care to high-acuity patients in a progressive care setting.
• Monitor and manage patient vital signs and health status.
• Administer medications and therapies as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Participate in rapid response and code team scenarios.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and health management.

• Orientation: 24 hours
• Flu vaccine: Required (medical exemptions only)
• Ohio fingerprinting: Urgent compliance required prior to start
