Head of Project Management

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Corporate Development team to support the integration of acquisitions and other strategic initiatives. This role is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of the integration process while ensuring alignment with the company’s vision, goals, and values.

The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, key stakeholders, and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of project objectives within defined scope, budget, and timelines. The candidate MUST be based in Fort Mill, SC, and will be required to travel to MPS/PGC sites as needed. Support other corporate strategic projects from initiation through closure

Develop and maintain these projects with detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers as required in coordination with our collaboration platform (Asana)

Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, corporate functions, plants, and suppliers

Track and report on project progress, issues, and dependencies, and elevate as needed

Ensure compliance with the company's policies, standards, and best practices

Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and value creation

Provide guidance and support to project team members and ensure effective collaboration and coordination

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field

5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, or consulting. A PMP and/or CCMP certification (or equivalent) is a plusStrong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
