Full-Time The estimated base salary range for this role is $18 - $24 an hour Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors

Manufacture, assemble, and package products to meet customer demand while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards. The Production Associate role is structured in progressive levels, with increasing expectations for independence, technical skill, problem-solving, and operational contribution.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment while following all safety rules, standard work, and plant regulations to prevent injury or damage to materials and equipment.
Upon training and qualification, perform a variety of production-related tasks including:
Machine operation and support
Assembly and packaging of finished goods
Material handling and job flow execution
Inventory counting and basic documentation
Assisting team members and supporting production needs
Safety & Compliance: Follow all company and OSHA safety policies and procedures Use required PPE and maintain safe work practices at all times Progress from following safety expectations to modeling and reinforcing them
Quality & Production: Assemble materials and package finished products to meet customer requirements Perform visual inspections and ensure adherence to quality standards Identify defects and take appropriate action based on training and level of responsibility Progress from basic defect recognition to anticipating and preventing quality issues
Material Flow & Workstation Readiness Move materials correctly through the production process Maintain organized, efficient workstations Ensure readiness of tools, materials, and equipment Recommend improvements to workflow and efficiency at higher levels
Accurately track production, time, and job data in required systems Complete production documentation and check sheets Progress to supporting and training others on systems and documentation accuracy
Prior manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred Ability to learn equipment operation and production processes Forklift certification may be required for certain roles
Plant environment with exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and manufacturing conditions. safety glasses, hearing protection, steel/composite toe footwear).
Frequent standing and walking throughout shift Regular use of hands, arms, and coordination Ability to lift up to 20 lbs frequently and up to 75 lbs occasionally Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, and reach as needed to perform tasks
