As a Security Officer Incident Communications in Cumberland, RI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Dispatch Professional in a healthcare location, you will monitor communications and systems, coordinate responses to security-related incidents, and support personnel across the site. You will provide responsive customer service, maintain clear documentation, and help create a welcoming environment. Position Type: Full Time
Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers at a healthcare-related location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
Monitor dispatch communications, receive calls for service, document relevant information, and coordinate the appropriate response to routine and urgent situations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with on-site personnel and emergency responders as needed.
Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with site requirements.
Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
