Pick Pack/ Shipper Full time

As a vital part of our team, the Order Picker works closely with inventory managers and logistics personnel but also with customers to fulfill daily order requirements and maintain optimal inventory levels. The individual in this role must possess a keen attention to detail as they will be handling various products and packaging them correctly for purchase. Successful Order Pickers contribute significantly to the overall productivity and success of our operations, making them integral to meeting our customer demands and enhancing service delivery.

Utilize hand‑held devices or RF scanners to identify and track inventory.

Verify product quantities and inspect for damages before packing.

Maintain organization of the stock area to improve efficiency.

Adhere to safety policies and procedures while operating machinery.

Participate in regular inventory counts and stock checks.

Report any discrepancies or inventory issues to supervisors promptly.

Stay informed about company policies, best practices, and any changes related to order picking and inventory management.

Basic math skills for counting and verifying inventory.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.

Basic computer skills to operate scanning devices and track orders.
