Paralegal Legal - Real Estate

Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join the Real Estate and Corporate practice group of a growing law firm in Minneapolis. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a hybrid work model after an onsite training period of 6 months.

Responsibilities

Gather and organize necessary materials to support the legal team in meetings.

Oversee and coordinate multiple calendars and schedules.

Review and process both digital and physical mail.

Organize and maintain case files in both hard copy and the firm's document management system.

Perform general administrative duties, including copying, scanning, and handling timesheets and expense reports.

Proofread and draft legal documents.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a law firm, preferably with exposure to Real Estate or Corporate law, or a strong interest and willingness to learn this practice area.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
