We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Representative to welcome customers and visitors, answer inquiries, and provide helpful assistance throughout the day. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people while helping maintain an organized and welcoming environment.

Serve as a primary point of contact for front desk inquiries.

Provide information about products, services, and company activities.

Assist customers with routine questions and requests.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.

Receive and organize incoming mail, deliveries, and documents.

Maintain accurate customer, visitor, and administrative records.

Communicate customer questions and feedback to appropriate team members.

Support general administrative and customer service activities.

Help coordinate communication between customers and office staff.

Represent the company professionally during customer interactions.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Customer-focused attitude.

Comfortable answering phones and interacting with visitors.

Previous front desk, receptionist, office, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
