Production Packer/Sorter

Position: Packer
The Packer will provide line support while also ensuring consistent and effective quality inspection and product packaging to meet schedule requirements, productivity standards, and quality initiatives.
We pride ourselves in being flexible, but there are some things we feel very strongly about. We are all driven to produce a quality product as we have a passion for our work. Support line monitoring activities, alongside the operator to minimize downtime.
Effectively utilize knowledge of part numbers, product, and product requirements to understand and meet production demands.
Effectively inspect products to identify and communicate quality deficiencies.
Contribute to a team environment by cross-training on production equipment and processes to fill in for other operators, packers, and selectors during absences and/or increase in customer demand.
High School Diploma or G.Ability to work overtime as required
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and written
