We are deeply rooted in our mission of being a FORCE for Good, and we’re looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing, tight-knit therapy team of five superstar clinicians.

Guaranteed Full-Time Hours : 40 hours/week + flexible scheduling

In House Therapy Team : A collaborative, purpose-driven environment that values every team member

Assisting residents with ambulation and physical mobility.

Implementing therapy plans involving manual exercises, strength training, and the use of assistive devices.

Monitoring patient progress and reporting to the Physical Therapist.

Educating and encouraging residents in daily living activities and recovery routines.

Documenting care accurately and timely in-patient records.

Promoting safety, cleanliness, and adherence to infection control protocols.

Supporting continuity of care and the therapy team’s treatment goals.

Maintaining legal, regulatory, and accreditation compliance.

Staying current with best practices through continued education and training.

Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and physical therapy techniques.

Education Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program

Licenses/Certification Current Oregon PTA license required - We'll cover the cost if you don't have one yet!
