Speech/Language Therapists - Full and Part-time

TheraPeds Partners is a Colorado based, therapist-owned and operated organization. We partner with our local schools to provide Speech Language Pathology (SLP ) services to PreK–12 students nationwide. Our mission is to deliver high-quality Speech Language Pathology (SLP) services while making meaningful connections in a collaborative learning environment. This is a full-time or part-time on-site role as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) serving a school located in Aurora, CO.

The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will be responsible for providing therapy services to students, conducting assessments, developing IEP plans, evaluating progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (therapists, educators, parents). The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for working with students with special needs.

Full-time or part-time opportunities available

Caseload serving students from PreK through Grade 12

Duties include therapy services, evaluations, consultations, and case management responsibilities

Guaranteed compensation for direct service, documentation, planning, and administrative time

In-person position located on-site

Competitive hourly pay of $65–$80

Master's or PhD degree from a Speech-Language Pathology program

State License as Speech-Language Pathologist

Department of Education Licensure as a SLP

CF-SLP placement may be available

Experience working with children

Fingerprint background clearance

Working and playing with students requires that employees must be able to perform the necessary physical movement functions, as needed, such as lifting, sitting, walking, standing, crawling, and engaging with students in all physical locations and activities, while adhering to the duties outlined by the district.
