Production - Inventory/Cycle Counter

Inventory management. Manage Min, Max, and ROP fields in GSS

Assures that the commodity is delivered on schedule, at the negotiated price, and meets the quality standards of the company

Follows up on open and past due orders, maintains and manages order acknowledgements, assists in accounts payable discrepancies

Creates demand in ordering system, updates routers, order forms, data entry

Sources parts by Mfg #, parts #, drawing/blueprints and/or reverse engineers custom made parts to specifications.

Proven experience as inventory specialist or similar role

Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Reading/Writing skills (literacy) as requiredStrong organizational and problem-solving skills

Follows all purchasing guidelines manual

Familiar with Electronic requisitions approval process, electronic filing, scanning

Must be able to read and understand blueprints and bills of materials
