Baystate Health is hiring Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) across multiple inpatient departments at Baystate Noble Hospital in Westfield, MA !

The Patient Care Technician Will:

Provide compassionate patient care, assisting with daily activities, mobility, hygiene, and comfort.
Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and changes in patient condition.
Assist with patient safety, treatments, procedures, and specimen collection.
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality care.
As a Patient Care Technician, you'll play an important role in supporting patients and the teams caring for them.

Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time & Per Diem
Shift: Nights, primarily 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

High School Diploma or GED
At least one year of patient care experience, including long-term care, specialty care, or acute care
PCT training or CNA training
