Teller / Bank Teller - Nights

Teller (Float) - Valdosta

Provides courteous and professional teller service to customers. Completes transactions accurately and efficiently according to established policies and procedures. Identify referral opportunities and make appropriate suggestions that best meet the customers needs. Consistently seek to delight our customers by friendliness, including learning our customers and addressing them by name. Required to work some Saturday mornings. Smiles and greet customers, demonstrates good customer service skills. Identify customer needs, and strive to meet those needs or direct customer to someone that can. Controls teller cash drawer limits. Follow bank security policies and procedures such as opening and closing procedures and maintaining alarm codes and functions. Cashes checks within assigned limits. Accepts deposit withdrawals and payments. Process night deposits under dual control. Uses a personal computer to enter customer transactions and look up customer information. Back up Head Teller as needed with ATM, Vault, and Cash shipments. Back up Customer Service Representative as needed. Maintains knowledge of bank products, policies, and procedures. High school diploma or the equivalent. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; Proficiency with personal computers; Prior cash handling experience is preferred.
